Managing Sales and Marketing

  • Communicate at governmental agency functions and network, NRF and RCC
  • We are responsible for web development and enhancements for use as a communications tool
  • Hold plant tours and PR events for key customers

Strategic Planning and Senior Management Functions

  • Many years of Strategic Planning experience managing various divisions of large companies for Kohler, Bestway, Saunatec and for Masco Corp.
  • Developed business plans and action plans for new markets and new products at retailers, dealers and wholesalers
  • Worked alongside Manufacturing to ensure customer's needs are met and that we all remained profitable
  • Held many training sessions and seminars for sales
  • Have developed and implemented short and long term plans regularly with VP's and CEO's
